Venus Studios ("we", "our", "us") operates the Lumfrog mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. If you play as a guest, we generate an anonymous identifier — no personal data is collected.

Gameplay Data

We collect your game scores, purchased cosmetics, and in-game currency balance to provide leaderboards and save your progress.

Purchase Information

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment details (credit card numbers, billing address, etc.). We only receive a purchase confirmation token.

To process in-app purchases
To improve the App experience

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

Google Sign-In: Authentication is handled by Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.
RevenueCat: Purchase processing. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect data in transit.

5. Children's Privacy

Lumfrog is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Guest mode allows children to play without providing any personal data.

You can:

Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us
Play as a guest without providing personal information
Request a copy of your data

7. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove all personal data within 30 days.
